As far as I know, they were using Unity and I'm not sure but I think Construct 2 for the fights, they have a pretty nifty demo with it but we will need to translate that into Visionaire later on razz.
@AFRLme: So far I don't think so, I'm not the project leader so I'm unaware of any legal issues, they sent a formal letter to Disney but I don't know the status of that.

I could of sworn there was also a very early AGS one as well dating back to the early 2000's

but after a bit of digging it was Fountain of Youth

    Man !
Probably one of my top 3 p&c being remastered !
I hope that I will enjoy more than the Day of the Tentacle remaster ... (the cartoonish, almost flash-like redesign really threw me off ... but It feels like I'm the only one, so what do I know :p ?)
Downloading the demo right now, thank's for the info !
Good luck to those working on the project.

@Nigec don't know if you are talking about the original game or the first engine used for the remaster. If you were talking about the original version, it was made with the SCUMM engine (lucas art engine for p&c at the time we are talking late 80's to late 90's)

Nice. I remember seeing some screenshots a little while ago. I think I like the new attic one the most as it's strikingly different to look at compared to the old blue hue of the original. Nice lighting. It's been a quite a while since I played the original - completely forgotten how much detail was added into each of the scenes; especially for a pixelart game. You've not had any problems with the bigwigs over doing a remastered version?

Hahaha yeah, they switched engines around May this year and I have been working on it since then.
I sent you a message about the bugs smile.

I knew the project and found it nearly a year ago. Didn't know that they were using Visionaire smile Played it and found several bugs with the inventory though^^ But its a demo so i guess this will be fixed...
